About Tiffany
Tiffany Sosnowski is a consultant with 20+ years of experience as an educator, registered social worker, and clinical coordinator. Her career path has been fueled by a passion for supporting youth to thrive and has led her to build deep experience in the fields of youth mental health and substance use, healthcare systems, program development and evaluation, and child and youth care education. Her professional experience includes working with public and non-profit sectors, including provincial health authorities, post-secondary educational institutions, and community agencies across British Columbia's lower mainland.
As a consultant, Tiffany's passion for providing quality care and service to youth stems from the young people she has worked with throughout her career. Through program evaluation, quality improvement and staff/training and development consulting, she aims to empower organizations to identify needed changes to decrease barriers to service, increase engagement, and navigate complex systems, all with the client's voice leading the way.
Tiffany brings a collaborative and client-centred approach to her work, primarily grounded in trauma and resiliency-informed practice. Her approach centers on using the client's voice to build systems of care that effectively reach the people that need support the most and improve client experiences and program outcomes. Influenced by her belief that what we have learned is foundational to where we would like to be, she sees program evaluation and quality improvement as integral to developing impactful programs. In addition to program evaluations, she believes in the importance of creating learning opportunities that support new practitioners in utilizing trauma and resiliency-informed practices to implement system changes that make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. Her experience includes providing foundational support and expertise to launch new programs, leading program evaluation for pilot programs, and leading interdisciplinary teams through ongoing program change and re-design. Her experience also includes serving as a subject matter contributor and advisor, developing agency-wide workforce training and re-designing curriculum.
